Our next FREE Jam n Bread session!Celtic Jam
Our next FREE Jam n Bread session is on 2-4pm Sunday, Aug 7 at Our Community Project, cnr Wentworth & Church St Port Kembla. Once again, there will be a pumping Celtic jam, with some rolicking Sea Shanties thrown in. Shalani Thomas has taken the challenge of searching through the ages to find some non-whaling feminist sea shanties. She'll be joined by the effervescent Felix Wishart and the amazing Celtic session crew featuring Russell Churcher & Johnny Spillane.
All ages and abilities are most welcome. Bring instruments if you have them. We'll be baking Irish Sour Dough too!

Kids Cooking classes with Nina
Kids Cooking Classes with Nina Cantina at the Our Community Project Hall in Port Kembla
A four-week-long course for kids 8 to 12 years old.
Each Tuesday from 4 to 6 PM starting May 4, 10, 17, & 11
$120 for the courses each course will focus on the basics of each meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!

MY BIG FAT GREEK BBQ CLASS!
Who wants to learn how to make delicious Greek inspired BBQ dishes with all the trimmings? My gorgeous dad Con and I will be setting up our traditional Greek-Cypriot BBQ and teaching you how to make delicious Pork Souvlaki and slow cooked lamb Souvla. We will also make some lovely vego inspired Souvlakia as well. YUM! I will also teach you how to make some yummy side salads and dips as well.
Penny from Vinopenny will be joining us to do some wine matching. Penny is a certified Sommelier and lover of good food and wine. She will share some delicious wines with us and teach us a bit about wine and food matching.
We will finish off the meal with some delicious homemade Baklava and Greek coffee.
The class will be held at Port Kembla Community Centre, Corner Wentworth & Church Streets Port Kembla 2505
