Louise Kibble is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor, and founder of 3 Kinds Accounting. With over 20 years of experience in external audit and financial advisory, Louise brings a strong understanding of governance, compliance and strategic financial management to Our Community Project.

Her professional background includes leading complex audits across not-for-profit, education and disability sectors, as well as providing Virtual CFO services to purpose-driven organisations. Louise’s commitment to community is grounded in practical action.

She supports organisations that deliver meaningful, on-the-ground impact, especially those advancing inclusion, empowerment and sustainability. Louise joined the OCP Board in March 2025 to contribute her financial and governance expertise in support of initiatives like Tender Funerals, the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) and community development programs under the Targeted Early Intervention stream.
